Información adicionalThe Austrian krone/crown gold coin is a historically valuable commercial gold coin. As a result of the Austrian currency reform in 1892, the gulden/florin currency was replaced by crowns. However, it was still possible to use gulden as a means of payment until 1900. The first 10 and 20 crown coins were produced in 1892. It was not until 1908, on the 60th anniversary of the reign of Emperor Franz Joseph I, that 100 crown coins were also produced. 1915 was the last year in which the 100 crown coins were minted. The 20 crowns were produced until 1918, but the restrikes bear the year 1915. Production of the 10 crowns ended in 1912.
