Información adicionalThe Niue Turtle silver coin has been issued by the New Zealand Mint since 2014 and is the successor coin to the "Fiji Taku Turtle". Due to the name change, the issuing country has changed from Fiji to Niue.The design of the silver coin shows the hawksbill turtle, which is native to the Pacific islands. The coin depicts the now endangered turtle species in its natural environment, surrounded by water and a few air bubbles. A crescent-shaped area with the word TURTLE can be seen on the left-hand side. The details of the coin, i.e. purity and weight, are given at the bottom.The Niue Turtle silver coin can be classified as a modern numismatic coin. This makes the precious metal coin interesting for coin collectors.
